On Aug 12, at 1:47pm EST, we have a total solar eclipse, which is when the Moon completely covers the Sun bringing brief daytime darkness.
The path of totality of this solar eclipse runs through parts of Russia, the Arctic, Greenland, Iceland, and Spain. For the rest of the world, it’s either partial or…invisible, so just imagine it 😎
While invisible, it surely is palpable…
Eclipses occur when either one of the lunar nodes is close enough to the Sun or Moon. Typically, but not always, eclipses happen in pairs, like in this cycle, with the Aug 28 Partial Lunar Eclipse in Pisces closing the portal.
Solar Eclipses occur on New Moons. But they are way more powerful. New Moons open the door for you to step into new timelines. They’re sources of fresh energy – moments to recalibrate your higher, conscious Self with your subconscious, emotional Self.
A New Moon is converted into a Solar Eclipse due to its closeness to either one of the lunar nodes. This Solar Eclipse in Leo is right next to the South Node, which represents your soul’s evolution and experiences gained in prior lifetimes: the good, the bad, and the ugly.
The last time we had a Leo Solar Eclipse was in Aug 2017. It was conjunct the North Node – something new started back then. Now, it’s the South Node.
