We have a New Moon at 28° Pisces on February 18 at 9:24pm EST.

Pisces is the mystic of the zodiac. It’s the dreamer who can make their dream a reality, should they choose to act as opposed to procrastinate while daydreaming. Escapism here plays a nasty trick on Piscean imagination, causing the dream to never actualize.
